During the manufacture of chocolate products with solid components such as Nuts or biscuits is happens, that products can not be sold to the consumer. A typical example is broken bisquit. Chocolate-covered biscuit, which is broken during production, can not be sold and the manufacturer still has the value of chocolate.

With the SCHOKO-POLAR Centrifuge it is now very economical and efficient to separate the chocolate from the bakery parts and fed back into the manufacturing process.

For these and similar applications, the Centrifuge SCHOKO-POALR has been designed.
